My 207 which has 400,000 km and which still has its 4 original injectors, I will do to it what you did (except that I will also unscrew the upper part in order to immerse the injector completely (electrical part removed). I I think they will get a new lease of life. Then I will do the same thing with my original turbo. Thanks for your video! :)

Hello my friend, I have the same car and it has a problem only between the fourth and fifth gear. You feel a strong knock. After removing the gearbox, I found the discs broken and I changed them completely, and on the computer there is no error. Where do you think the problem is? I expect it to be the gearbox valves. A very complete video, you did a great job. I fear you made it harder for yourself though. Could have installed almost all of the accessories on the engine before install. Also, why did you take the hood off? Just move it to the service position. It's much easier and you don't have to worry about lining up the hood on reinstall.

Great help. I'm going to try do the same. But I only have car cleaner instead of the sonic cleaning. Would it be helpful if I unscrew the top part off as well to flush the car spray in there too?

Would lacquer thinner be okay on aluminum pistons? I have stubborn hardened carbon deposits in the piston ring grooves and I'm hoping this dissolves them... Do you soak the pistons in lacquer thinner first and then clean with it, or just start rubbing a brass wire brush while splashing thinner on the pistons?

My one is Audi A6 C7 3.0 dti 204 HP and one of the Injector reading is 0.70 mg . 1 Cyl - 0.7 2 Cyl -0.33 3- cyl 0.13 4 Cyl -0.30 5 Cyl -0.4 6 Cyl -0.10 Mg . Do I have to remove the number 1 injector for cleaning or is there a chance it can be cleaned with a carbon cleaner

Hello. I have 400kms (250 miles) on my Re5R05a automatic transmission re-build. When the transmission is at full operating temperature, there is "RPM flare-up" or "delay" in shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. When "cold" there is no "flare-up". The transmission seems to shift properly until it warms-up. Curious if there are any transmission experts here? Thanks

Fantastic video! Only suggestion I can make/request is additional info regarding installation. I would like such info as bolt installation torque values and use/don't use Loctite thread locking compound. Before beginning do I need to purchase new manifold to engine gaskets or can I reuse the existing one's. Thanks for a great video
